School Uniforms. Yes or No?

Do your school have uniforms? I do! And it's so plain and boringboringboring!
The colors are  a boring simple blue and white with a boring long blue tie. (huft!)
I really wish my uniforms are like Japan's.

Sailor's Uniform! They are so damn CUTE!

Short skirts, long socks,and a ribbon as a tie. Looks adorable right?

Well, but actually they don't look like a student, do they?
